2.5. Participants must not use external assistance, tools, or methods to gain an unfair advantage.

2.6. Any cheating, abusive behaviour, or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification from the game without refund.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. We offer a lifetime refund or exchange for bookings that have not been started, redeemed, or completed.

3.3. No refund or exchange will be available once a game has been started, redeemed, or completed, unless required by law.

4. Safety

4.1. Participants are responsible for their own personal safety, and for acting with reasonable care and attention at all times during the game.
